Add the following to the end of the rule entitled Death and Scorekeeping:
A Gladiator may not take an action that would directly cause or result in their own Death.
Amend the third paragraph of the same rule to read as follows:
A Gladiator gains 1 Frag when a rule says they are Awarded a Frag. A Gladiator can never receive a Frag for, or as a direct result of, their own Death, or more than one Frag for the same Death.
Depending on your definition of “direct”, this would make it illegal to push someone onto a Trap Target which, when resolved, also happened to kill the pusher (such as a Buzzsaw, Propellor Panel or Particle Beam).
