In “UN Resolutions”, replace “If a Proposal has the tag [UN Resolution], then it is a UN Resolution.” with:-
If a Proposal has the tag [UN Resolution] and the only possible effects of its enactment are Within Scope of the UN, then it is a UN Resolution. Effects which are Within Scope of the UN are:-
- Altering variables tracked in the GNDT
- Changing numerical values in dynastic rules
So many mechanics, doohickeys and counter-doohickeys to emulate having just 1 more person to vote with us lol. Quorum is 5, we’re 4.
Provisional redcross because this just nerfs our powers. If we do anything too non-dynastic the Emperor can just veto it anyway.
(That said, once we do seize power, if we do, I suggest playing aggressive as fuck to win the dynasty quick because not letting people play for too long will be annoying for them. Let’s try to make it just 2-3 days or something.)
