Append the following paragraph to the rule “Spectrographers”:
For 10 hours following a Superencryption, any Actions carried out by Mindjackers that were chosen in that Superencryption do not generate Disruptiveness scores.
In the same rule, replace “plus the acting Mindjacker’s Suspicion” with “plus the acting Mindjacker’s Suspicion at the time that Action was performed”.
plugging in a rule interaction that, IMO, just makes sense; plus clarifying a clause that isn’t currently clear. this makes it slightly easier to inhabit tier 6, but the restrictions are extremely harsh as-is, considering how no-one has ever before acquired even the single point of Matterium you’d need to remove an Observation early!
