Repeal the dynastic rule “Neural Strain”.
Remove the text ” plus a number of hours equal to that Mindjacker’s Neural Strain” from the rule “Levels of Reality”.
More like Unplugged Mechanic.
i had a few follow-up ideas — generally using it as a cost more severe & lasting then suspicion, and of particular note plugging it into a system in tiers 6+ that would allow you to hold an amount of suspicion equal to 20 minus your Strain or something like that. but every time i was going to put it into a proposal i ended up dropping that proposal idea for one reason or another. so i think this is fine if we don’t want to draw out the dynasty more than is needed :0

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
