Proposal: Unproductive Adults?

Replace the conditions under which a Seeker is in the Adult and Geriatric Life Stages with the following:

In the second and third weeks after performing Be Productive for the first time, a Seeker is in the Adult Life Stage.
In the fourth and all subsequent weeks after performing Be Productive for the first time, a Seeker is in the Geriatric Life Stage.

Remove all Jobs from Seekers, if any exist.

Whoops, forgot to update the other two Life Stages with the passage of Unproductive Infants

In all honesty it wasn’t intentional at all

Mm, but you’re still going to make a second proposal to lock it down, aren’t you?

Well, yes, scams are a bad thing for players who cannot exploit them (anyone but you and JD, really). This also generally makes the rules more functional

Hang on hang on hang on!

You just did a big thing of blaming me and JD when I tried to fix the issue, and then it turns out that that was manufactured outrage to act as a smoke cover for a scam… But then, when you realise that you didn’t lock the scam off, you try to propose to bring the ruleset into line to bake your advantage in, and in order to get that over the line you try to do so by blaming me and JD again?

It’s giving chutzpah!

...are we talking about the same thing? I’m really not all that much of a conniving plotter, I don’t think I’ve exploited any scam. Maybe if it was some Nomic supergenius like Kevan you were talking to all of what you say would be true but my thought process behind this proposal is a naive “see inconsistency in rules -> fix inconsistency in rules”. I genuinely don’t understand where you’re coming from here, I’m not good enough at this game to even think about third-order effects of my actions like intentionally being inflammatory to hide scams (and I might not even see the scam you’re talking about)
