Call for Judgment: Upcoming is not retroactive

The proposal Yellow Card, enacted with timestamp “19 Sep 2023 13:59:18 UTC”, had the following provision:
Remove all upcoming Soccer, Estate Agent Wrestling and Blogbots matches from the Form Sheet. Remove all Bets on those matches.
The enacting admin, using this provision, removed a Blogbots match scheduled for September 19 as well as the bet on it. However, per the rule Sports Resolution, “A day’s sporting events all take place on that day at exactly noon UTC”, or roughly two hours earlier. Therefore, the Blogbots match wasn’t upcoming, it had already happened and therefore should not have been removed.
Revert the removal by proposal of the Blogbots match on September 19, and the removal of the bet placed on that match.
Also not seeing the need for a CfJ here, I wouldn’t have disputed the reading if you’d mentioned it to me.

I don’t think this needs a CfJ - seems cut and dried to me.
