Story Post: Upgrade Request for Snap 17

Cannot be enacted with 4 against. Josh

Snap 17 is taken in the same place (32 seconds in) in the song “So You Can Sleep Enter” by “Ned Navillus” as Snap 16 which was made by another seeker.

Therefore I think I have satisfied the clause “A Snap that was taken in the same place as another Snap taken by a different Seeker.” and so fulfill that Upgrade Benchmark

Sadly you are playing it in Spotify whereas I was playing it in Tidal.  against

It’s still the same place in the track/album though

So we have at least three possible defintions of “place” - location in the track, programme in which it is being played, and physical location in space - and it fails to meet two of the three.

against For the specific reason claimed (there may be other reasons that could be a valid upgrade request)

It only needs to meet one definition though…

Vibes of bad Supreme Court decisions, but I think I have to play the originalist… what’s was the intention and understanding of the word “place”? I think that might have been pointing to a physical location.

against I don’t think a photograph can be taken “in” a place in a song.
