No I won’t.  I think it’s pretty obvious that I made an error when I updated the GNDT if you think about it.  As you pointed out, A16-b is not a station.  Nor doed the ruleset create a mechanisim by wihch I could resign the post or wihch you could claim it.  I have reverted the GNDT to reflect this.
