1) Its theme is easy to implement.
2) You name it after X, where X is the DICEYth protagonist on the Active Protagonists list when you make your Ascension Address. Y is the number of active protagonists at the time of your ascension address.

heh.  that’s what I’m for.  being the emperor requires very little actual technical ability. 

the emperor says ‘i want BLUE’, and lo, there is blue. 

graphics are a little more complicated—you have to actually say /which/ graphics you want.

otherwise, being the man-in-charge just involves reading all the props and voting.
