By the time voting has finished on this act, the fix proposal will probably have passed, which will beg the question of whether nominations have to be valid at the time of posting, the time of counting, or both.

I interpret the rules as being you won’t be able to cast votes on those categories once the proposal passes. But if the vote is already cast, it’s legal.

That seems logical, given precedent on retroactivity, but I think it’s still worth a CfJ.
