Not really. These boons were designed, I assume, to be collected as specialties. Many of them say, X, where X is how many of this boon you have. If you want to make it a diverse collection, and not a debuff plus boon reset, you should increase the number of boons allowed, then make the limit 5 of one kind.

I suspect there’s more involved, in any case.

Specialisation is still there, I just thought it seemed a bit boring if we all ended up having one big boon each. We might as well make it “every player has 1 Boon” and factor out all the X calculations.

Making it a self-repealing rule after the end of the current battle is just an alternative to proposing that everyone loses their 5xBoons right now, which I’d have expected the current combatants to object to. Not sure what the doom and +2 is about here.

I still think this ought to pass, but if it does I’ll strongly support an increase in the power of each individual Boon.
