In the rule “Levels of Reality” replace this text:
A Mindjacker is only required to obey, can only be affected by, and may only utilise the actions of Tier Rules whose Tier is equal to or lower than their Level
with this text:
A Mindjacker is not required to obey, cannot be affected by, and may not utilise the actions of Tier Rules whose Tier is higher than their Level
Uphold each dynastic action from this dynasty that would have been a legal action according to the rule “Levels of Reality” and its subrules in the state that the content of “Levels of Reality” and its subrules were in at the time that the dynastic action was performed, as if “Levels of Reality” had also had the modification described above at each of those times.
This is a CfJ because I feel like it’s important to establish that the rule and subrules of Levels of Reality apply now, and their various incarnations have each in turn been in effect since they were enacted, before we go any further. Otherwise, we would technically need to reset gamestate to all starting values.

i feel like this is missing a crucial “as” in “as if” in the last sentence? aside from that, i don’t think that this is *necessary*, but i do think there’s no harm in it.
