I’ll vote FOR for this tomorrow, but I’m going to hold off for now just in case anyone else has any further patches for you to incorporate.

This is mostly just my opinion, but I think it might be simpler/less ambiguous to rephrase Qubit Mining to something like this:

When you perform Qubit Mining, you do the following:
Increase the qubits of all other Maestro Team Members who share a focus with you by 1 qubit.  Reduce the qubits on the Focus by the total amount of qubits gained by Maestro Team Members as a result of this step.
If your Focus has a positive number of qubits, gain that many qubits and set the number of qubits on the focus to zero.
If the Focus has less than zero qubits at this point, all Maestro Team Members who gained qubits as a result of this action gain 1 paradox.

This removes a bit of ambiguity around whether you count as sharing a focus with yourself, and I think it makes the process a little more intuitive (removing Qubits from the Focus then gaining the remainder rather than gaining the number-of-qubits-less-one-for-each-team-member).
