Proposal: We still need more Admins

If at least half of the Admins for vote on this proposal vote FOR it and this proposal passes, then Clucky is made and Admin.
If this proposal still passes, but fewer than half of the Admins who vote on it vote FOR it, then nothing happens.

We need more Admins, but I still think the current Admins should get in say in making sure Adminship doesn’t fall into the wrong hands.
If the non-Admins who have some experience (like Thrawn, Me and Saki) all make a similar proposal, then hopefully a couple of us will pass and we won’t have an admin shortage

I did make a similar proposal, and it passed, but it didn’t have the effect we needed.
