Add to the Rule “Status”
Mortals with an Age greater than or equal to 50 and less EP than their Age divided by 10 are considered weakened. A weakened Mortal cannot take any Dynastic actions except for ones which increase their EP.
This is an important limit. Its a shame it didn’t do anything the first time it passed. Yes, I tweaked the numbers, but you automatically get 50 years.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

Dividing by 10 seemed neater for checking it at a glance, when the consequence of missing it is that a player will be taking illegal actions.
Could even go further and multiply all the Energy values by 10, and make it “less EP than their Age” full stop.
