“dynastic tracking page” - do you mean “gamestate tracking page”? I don’t know that those two terms are synonymous. We’d usually just say something like “The Found Fish list is publicly tracked and consists…”

Can I get some clarity on how this works?

So the idea is that you secretly come up with a phrase that describes what a fish is. For example, you could decide that this is the Fish Function:

A Fish has two eyes and can only live underwater

Fishing Contestants then send in their guesses for what is a fish. If a Fishing Contestant sends in “Is a frog a fish”, you evaluate that against your Fish Function, and since a frog can live out of water, it is not a fish according to your function. Neither is “a jellyfish”, which can only live underwater but doesn’t have two eyes.

Of course you can come up with a more obscure Fish Function that might not have anything to do with fish, such as:

A Fish is capable of flying

If a Fishing Contestant sent in “a kite”, that would match the above function.

“A Fish has two eyes and can only live underwater” is a valid fish function. Think instead you might need something like “A Fish is the english spelling of an animal which has two eyes and can only live underwater”

I was thinking it be detached from meanings of words and so work more like “A Fish has between two and four vowels”

Someone would then ask you “Is Banana a fish?” and you’d confirm yes, and add “Banana” to the fish list

Someone would then ask “Is Mayonnaise a fish?” and you’d respond “no” but not post anything

People would then have to use the fish list to try and determine what the fish function actually is

(if you’ve ever played zendo on the zendo channel, its like that though with some tweaks like negatives only being privately reported)

obviously if its not the direction you were hoping the dynasty to go feel free to vote against/veto I just didn’t really have anything to work with so was coming up with ideas that could be fun and the idea of THŔ̸̐Ő̸̾M̵͠ messing with the fundamental rules so we don’t even know what’s considered a “fish” anymore seemed fun
