everyone’s turn timer is “X”. I am not entirely sure what is going on, despite having read the rules. Are we waiting for a proposal to break the mold?
I feel like you could make the argument that this CfJ does change the gamestate, namely it sets everyone’s turn timer to “x”
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

The proposal New Tok replaced the Turn Timer with a Turn Tracker, which is either “X” or “-”. The proposal enacted a week ago and came into the force at the start of Round Four. We’re not currently waiting for anything, I think.
Since this CfJ “specifies neither changes to the Gamestate or Ruleset nor corrections to any gamestate-tracking entities” it can be failed at any time (CfJs are for quick fixes to things; if you want to just ask a question a regular blog post is fine), but perhaps there’s some discussion to have here, so I’ll leave it open for now.
