To “Names” in the Appendix, add a bullet point:-
* Where a proposal refers to a second proposal by name, it is assumed to refer to the most recently posted proposal of that name which pre-dates the first proposal.
Looking over the laundry list, we should probably get this in before the Wordpress switch, if there will no longer be a “whats_in_a_name2” clue in the URL that a proposal has a duplicate name.
