Proposal: When Push Comes to Shove

To the bulleted list in the rule Emotions, insert a new point after the second:-

No Crewmember can have a Mark in the GNDT that targets a Disabled Crewmember or the Diplomat, unless it targets the Disabled Diplomat or is the Disabled Diplomat’s Mark.

When this is enacted, the enacting Admin should remove every Mark in the GNDT which targets a Disabled Crewmember and/or the Diplomat except for those Marks that either target the Disabled Diplomat or are the Disabled Diplomat’s Mark, but not both.

Leaving a slightly freer mechanic that is unclear who it benefits to see if it makes ais523 more happy.

This doesn’t explain what happens if a GNDT-Marked Crewmember becomes Disabled (and curiously isn’t covered by the “has a choice in whether to take an action” appendix, since Disabling a Crewmember doesn’t change the GNDT Mark, it just makes it illegal). Maybe the appendix needs another line about what happens when a gamestate variable becomes illegal.

Either way, inserting that text into the bulleted list in “Emotions” would do something strange.
