Proposal: Where are we going?

Blank the wiki page “Locations”.

Create a new dynastic rule titled “Locations” with this text:

There are a number of Locations available for Drivers to visit. These are listed on the wiki page “Locations”. Each Driver’s Location is tracked in the GNDT. Each Driver’s initial Location is the Dispatch Office.

Set the list of Locations to:
* Dispatch Office
* Euston Road
* Whitehall
* Marlborough Street
* Fleet Street
* Coventry Street
* Oxford Street

I would have vetoed anyway; I want this to be more high-level and don’t want to introduce a location mechanic at least until the route mechanic is more fully fleshed out.
