Where did Excalabur’s DoV go?

Was there a glitch, or was it removed? I can’t see it. The DoV had at least two votes on it, so it cannot be removed, only passed or failed.

There should be a self-kill option for DoVs.

Come to think of it, the DoV system has needed a restructuring for a long time, we just never got around to it.

I closed it as it’s waaay illegal.  But I guess that disappeared it.
