The ruleset hasn’t been updated to reflect two of the changes made in the proposal “What he said. For real.”
The rule “Armor List” hasn’t been created and the title of rule 2.5 hasn’t been changed.

There should also be two new columns to the GNDT, per 2.5.1 paragraph 3.
Whoever added the GNDT columns made them numerical fields rather than text. This has been corrected.
Can an admin change the Status, Weapon, and Armor fields so that they aren’t drop-down lists?
Yes, Hix, I did. The back end said they were text fields, the front end displayed their contents as though they were text fields, and the only thing that was inconsistent with everything being fixed was the input field being a dropdown… which I overlooked because I didn’t try to change the fields afterwards.
Meanwhile, something in the murky depths of the GNDT code seems to have disabled support for text fields. After a lot of debugging, I can only conclude that it’s something in the code (which I don’t have access to) rather than the config.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
