Enact a new rule, Weather Conditions:

At any time, one Weather Condition will be in effect. Weather Conditions change each Season. This current Weather Condition is: Sun.

The Forecast for the next few seasons is:
• Sun
• Sun

Possible Weather Conditions are as follows:
1. Sun
2. Rain
3. Snow
4. Earthquake
5. Hurricane
6. Wildfire

Sun, Rain, and Snow are Typical Weather Conditions; Earthquake, Hurricane, and Wildfire are Disastrous Weather Conditions.

When the Season progresses, the Astrologer should replace the current Weather Conditions with the top Condition in the Forecast and remove the top Condition from the Forecast. If the Astrologer is unable to do this, then any Townsperson may do this instead.

Add a subrule to the rule “Weather Conditions,” Forecasting:

The Astrologer may Forecast the Weather by adding a randomly selected Weather Condition to the bottom of the Forecast. This may only be done once per Season.

If “Stars in Their Eyes” enacted, replace “Astrologer” with “Astrologer or Astronomer” in the rule “Weather Conditions”.
