People just need to get more creative with their scams so they aren’t so easily detected!

Financial Independence failed for obvious reasons. I don’t see how Change Takes Time is related but “ never going to be achieved legitimately” is a bold claim.

I can’t figure out how to get rid of stars, so I don’t really want other people to figure it out before me (especially since I just joined)

It can always be added back, right?

I think “lose all your stars” scams get caught pretty easily, but the achievement is a good backup plan for someone too far behind to compete on the “have a lot of stars” axis.

This doesn’t fix any scams, it just throws an annoying wrench in the works by removing a legitimate achievement.

There might be an existing scam. The bar of being able to repeat a spend action in a surprising way, in a way that’s otherwise bad for you, is one of the lower ones.

If there is a scam, most of the current players won’t be in a position to do anything with it (because they’ll be out of Stars and a player with 2 Achievements can probably just copy what they did, to win), so I’m not surprised it came up for the chop.
