In the rule data, replace
An AI focused on a room without the Dummy tag and with the Datacenter and Cyberspace tags may, as a treacherous action called Simulating, spend two Files from that room to add the Dummy tag to that room/
with
An AI focused on a room without the Dummy Program tag and with the Datacenter and Cyberspace tags may, as a treacherous action called Simulating, spend two Files from that room to add the Dummy program tag to that room.
I still like the idea of having multiple ways to make the dummy program tag, and it doesn’t feel worth self killing, so I figured I would just update it.
