Proposal: Why the heck did Kevan veto the last one?

Append the following text to the end of the Rule entitled “Dead Men Tell No Tales”:

These restrictions do not apply to communication between Dead Villagers, or to any information contained in the current state of the GNDT.

(The second part simply allows ghosts to refer to the fact that they’re Dead, which they can’t under the current wording!)

for Hello. We have archives of all proposals, it’s fairly easy to search them through Google. I vetoed the last one because it was worded as “dead Villagers may not communicate with living ones”, which meant they could legally and easily pass messages via a third, non-player party. This wording is fine, though.
