Need to stop writing these thing late at night

Add the following subrule to rule 2.4: Popularity

  Gaining popularity by winning medals:
When an Olympian has eir collection of medals changed then eir Popularity changes according to the following:

All references to medal in the collection refer to the situation before the collection was changed.

If e has three Gold medals in eir collection then having a medal added to eir collection will if it’s:
-Gold: Increase eir Popularity by one.
  -Silver: Do nothing.
  -Bronze: Do nothing.

Else if e has three medals in eir collection then having a medal added to eir collection will if it’s:
-Gold: Increase eir Popularity by two.
-Silver: Increase eir Popularity by one.
  -Bronze: Do nothing.

Else having a medal added to eir collection will if it’s:
-Gold: Increase eir Popularity by three.
-Silver: Increase eir Popularity by two.
-Bronze: Increase eir Popularity by one.

If a medal is removed from eir collection eir Popularity is decreased by three.

This is also quite a lot simpler.

I think that popularity should come more from good deeds, donating to charity, appearing in concert with U2, etc.

I think the popularity should be based off of a ratio of gold/silver/bronze to the others, not a set value, otherwise everyone will eventually only get popularity for golds, whereas someone who has say… 3 gold to 20 bronze should probably get something extra for doing better.
