In the Bank’s description, substitute “C/2 + X” for “C + X/2”
We’re still in an auction dynasty: if you bid, you should pay (there shouldn’t be a complete refund over C).
X is the number of other Players who Directed at least one Credit to the Bank that Cycle and C is the number of Credits the Player who Influenced The Bank Directed at The Bank that Cycle.
I don’t know if C/2+X is enough, but I’m not comfortable with a complete refund of the directed credits.
actually, very good point. however, the issue this makes it a bad idea to try to earn income off of - you’re just enriching someone else. If you’re not guaranteed to get your direction back, is the bank really worth it?
Directing to the Bank only gives .5 Credit to the Player who will Influence it. If we want it to be a gamble, we could replace C/2 + X with Y/2 for instance, where Y would be the total amount of credits directed to the bank by other players.
But I think it was so before and we changed it to C + X/2.
