Add a new rule called “Turn Order”:

The Current Turn is a publicly tracked variable defaulting to X, and the Turn Count is a publicly tracked variable defaulting to 1. A Player may take the following Atomic Action named “Taking a Turn” as a Daily Action:
- Append the Current Turn to the end of a cell that contains no “X” or “O” character
- Change the Current Turn to X if it is O, and O if it is X
- Increase the Turn Count by 1

If “@ to %3, Checkmate” has enacted, change the bulletpoint reading “* A Player may not select U+0020-0 or U+00A0-0.” to

* A Player may not select X, O, U+0020-0 or U+00A0-0.

Add a new rule called “Scoring”:

X and O have a score that is publicly tracked, defaulting to 0.  If there exists a line of three cells, vertically,
horizontally, or diagonally, with no other cells between them, that contain an “X” or “O” character,
any Player should remove the matching character from the three cells and increase the corresponding team’s score by 1.
