Colour squares 1-4 Yellow.
Add the following as a sub-rule to world, entitled “The Yellow Shop”, with the text
If a player is located in a yellow square, then ey may buy items from the list given in the rule entitled “Items”. If ey are located elsewhere, ey may not aquire items unless the item’s description specifically mentions that it can be purchased there.
The next proposal will add some items.
