Just changes to the nuking thing.
In exibit A, I submit the sino-soviet split. Its very doable.
Bloc=“a combination of countries, parties, or groups sharing a common purpose.”
Since there isn’t a “Chinese” bloc, and people are going (flavorwise) for a “common purpose”, the Sino-Soviet split doesn’t seem to have much to do with this. 
Seeing as CICs could be reassigned to a different bloc via diceroll, it seems unfair to be forced to upend a working strategy.
[Dewaldo] We repealed the dice-roll reassignment a while ago, CICs can now only be reassigned by volunteering.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
