Remove “Any Fish named within a Rumour may, within 24 hours of the posting of the Rumour, increase the SHIV of the Prisoner who posted the Rumour by 2, if they have not already done this for this Rumour.” from the rule “Rumours”.
Just to get more Rumours happening, really. In the two weeks since this cost was added, we’ve only seen a single legal Rumour, out of a potential 14.
Thematically you’d probably want to start an incriminating rumour in a shiv-heavy environment by pretending that you’d heard it somewhere else.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
