The Captain may change any Sailor’s Position at any time.
to
The Captain may change any non-Narrator Sailor’s Position to any other Free Position. This action can only be performed up to 10 times a day.
Or is it “You’re a Bow Rose”?
The Captain can still imprison a single Prisoner, under this rule, can’t they? “A Position is free if it is held by no Sailor, or if the Position is Harpooneer, Deckhand, or Lookout.”
Seems better to have a small brig, to stop a Captain from locking everyone away.
