In the rule “Fish Function” add the following text:
In this rule, when determining whether two strings or two names of fish are the same, treat all lowercase alphabetical characters as if they were uppercase for the purposes of this comparison. The Fish Function may not require alphabetical characters to be uppercase or lowercase as part of the description of the function.
Consider the Fish Function as being empty as of the date and time of this enactment.
I think the space of alphanumeric characters is wide enough without introducing uppercase and lowercase differences, plus one could exploit multiple matches of the same fish name, e.g. a Fish Function of “Two of the same vowels adjacent to each other” and guesses of “Balloon, balloon, bAllOOn” would all match otherwise.
