In sub-rule “Containment” of rule “Container Fields”, replace all instances of “30” with “20”.
Add sub-rule “Restriction” to rule “Container Fields”:
A contained Planar Entity may not use abilities of Tech, post comments to Containment story posts nor perform a Restock, for as long as it is Contained.
Create the following Planar Entities:
* Mad King Anthony
* The Sour Man of the Hour
* Random Kaiju God
* Magnus Hirschfeld
