Remove the text “If the Director vetoes a Motion originating from a Committee which he is not the Chairperson of, he becomes Beleaguered” from the ruleset, and replace it with “The Director may only become Beleaguered as a result of a CfJ. A CfJ to make the Director Beleaguered should be raised if the Director ever Vetoes Motion arising from a Committee of which he is not the Chairperson.”
The veto power is there for a reason; occasionally it is needed to avert game-breaking scams. Let’s not put the Director in a position where he has an unavoidable conflict of interest.
Kevan: he/him
We should probably be shying away from Committees which can enact arbitrary rule text, since it’s a quick route to victory, but no harm in being extra careful.
