To “Dishes”, add:-

(From Tomorrow:) Non-Signature Dishes may not contain Pork. If no Dishes contain Pork, then the Yard may remove this paragraph from the ruleset, remove the “Remove Pork” step from the Night action, and remove Pork from the list in the previous paragraph.

In “The Night”, add a step before “Prepare ingredients:”

* (From Tomorrow:) Remove Pork: For the Signature Dish of the Truck named Trapdoorspyder, replace Pork with Mystery Meat in both its Ingredients and Name. For each Signature Dish that contains Pork, replace the Pork with Chicken, Beef or Lamb (choosing the earliest item from that list that does not already appear in the Dish’s Ingredients).

If Trapdoorspyder’s EVC on this proposal included the phrase “The Mystery Meat is X”, where X is an Ingredient other than Pork, Chicken and Wrap, replace the string “Mystery Meat” with the name of that Ingredient, in the bullet point added above. Otherwise replace “Mystery Meat” with “Falafel” there.
