If at least 8 of the Effective Votes on this proposal are FOR, then repeal the Perdurable Rule “Eternal Emperor”.
Might as well offer these options separately so they don’t fail together.
It is a can opener though? It doesn’t have to be called “Can Opener” to count.
As for the tag, I think “The modification is preceded or followed immediately by an unambiguous statement of which section of the ruleset it takes place.” and “The modification specifically states a rule using its number or the name of the stated rule only occurs once in the ruleset.” are both met (and only one of them needs to be met).
I don’t really care about this rule. Sure, it breaks the game for a bit if someone who isn’t allied with Brendan wins but we can fix the game then when it happens
meanwhile, there are people voting FOR this who are voting against removing IL and I see no reason to give those players what they want until they change their votes on IL
