Proposal: A follow-up to Factions

If the proposal “Faction War” has failed, this proposal does nothing.
Create a new sub-rule of Leaders “Rank hath its privelage” with the text:
The Leader of a Faction may
the proposals of and Member of their Faction.
If a player votesit will mimic the be counted the same as the Leader’s vote for their faction.
The Leader of a Faction may not achieve Victory.
This rule prevents everyone from simply spawning their own faction since then they can’t win the dynasty as well as granting powers to leaders of the factions.
SK. There is no Faction War. If someone else wants to repropse with the correct name go for it.
