If Proposal: Crust was not enacted then this proposal has no effect.

Add a new rule to the ruleset, called Chop:

At any time, provided that it has not been carried out previously in this dynasty, any Baron may carry out the Chop action.

A Chop action is an atomic action with the following steps:
* Roll DICE3 in the dice roller. If the result is a 1, the Baron called Bucky has achieved Victory. If the result is a 2, the Baron called Habanero has achieved Victory. If the result is a 3, the Baron called Trapdoorspyder has achieved Victory.
* Make a story post announcing the winner as determined in the previous step of this action.
