Make a list of all Musicians who cast a vote on this proposal and include the string “Pick me!” as a comment.
The enacting administrator shall make a DICEN check, where N is the number of Musicians listed in the GNDT. If the DICENth row contains a Musician who voted on this proposal and included the string “Pick Me!” as a comment, then that Musician achieves victory. If the Nth row does not contain a Musician who voted on this proposal with that string, the enacting admin shall make repeat this procedure until a winner has been selected.
Honestly this seems like a very very lame way to end the Dynasty. Maybe its just because I have never seen a Dynasty to the end before; but if this goes into effect, won’t that mean that none of the rules of this Dynasty effected the end game… at all?
