Add a new Objective to Rule 2.5.1:-

Station Raid
Time: 7 days
Maximum number of Agents: 1
An Agent with this Objective may telephone D-Ops with the subject line “RAID [DISTRICT]”, where [DISTRICT] is either Steglitz (US Station), Heliersdorf (Soviet Station) or Spandau (Independent Station). If, at the time of telephoning, both the Agent’s Location and Last Known Location match that District, then the Objective is completed - D-Ops shall select a random Agent whose Allegiance matches the Allegiance of the raided Station (if any exist), and send both their name and Codename to the raiding Agent. Otherwise, this Objective is failed.
