Now there’s an interesting thought.  The proposer has voted deferential.  If I were to vote against, would that count as an SK?

My $.02: No.  The vote is deferential, but it counts as against.  So neither “If a Musician votes against eir own proposal” (from 1.4) or “The Musician who proposed it has voted AGAINST it.” (from 1.5) are satisfied.

This proposal has reached a Quorum of FOR votes, but I don’t know how to give the privs.  I’m sure it’s easy to do, but I’d rather not use a “trial and error” method to figure it out.
