Move all eggs not in the state of destroyed to the great crevice.

Add a neighbor of the type that would spawn if the cell was scouted to every cell that is not named foggy location and doesn’t have any neighbors, except the great crevice.

in the rule “Neighbors” change

Spawn - a neighbor that spawns in a location is added to that location when that location is scouted by an Organ in the ocellus state and the other conditions for spawning are met.

To

Spawn - a neighbor that spawns in a location is added to that location when that location is scouted by an Organ in the ocellus state, was named foggy location prior to being scouted, and the other conditions for spawning are met.

On neighbor per cell, and scouting doesn’t create neighbors, it just reveals them. The brine pool egg clusters are grandfathered in, but moved to a location where they are not invulnerable.

Might want to specify which neighbors go in which cells, otherwise I think it might be up to the whim of whoever admins this (which I guess might be you anyway).

Reading from “If the location examined is named “Foggy Location” the organ may change it’s name to “Scouted Location” and then add one random terrain feature to that location. scouting fullfills curiosity.”

Wouldn’t that mean you are obligated to change the name before you add the terrain feature? That would make Neighbors never spawn. If you can choose to do the first part and still have the second still take effect, then you’d have to leave the location named “Foggy Location” and that would result in two neighbors if someone wanted to scout it to name the location.
