Proposal: And a suggestion

Reached quorum 15 votes to 1. Enacted by Kevan.

If the Proposal titled “Expanding incidents” failed, this proposal does nothing.

In rule 2.9 “Incidents”, replace the following:

He does this by randomly selecting an item from the following list, updating the gamestate as specified, and posting a blog entry announcing its occurrence.

by the following:

He does this by randomly selecting two items from the following list (in whatever manner deemed suitable by him), updating the gamestate as specified, and posting a blog entry announcing its occurrence.

Also, remove the item numbered as three (3) of the list of possible incidents found in rule 2.9 “Incidents”. Then change the item numbered as four (4) in said list to make it the item numbered as three (3).

This is to add the possibility of both the lights going off /and/ a room becoming jammed.

Then add a “nothing happens” one, perhaps?

I think changing number 3 to be along the lines of “two other randomly chosen items from this list” is better. We don’t need two simultaneous incidents every day.
