Normally I wouldn’t worry about this, but as we’re in the Everyone’s Being A… Literalist dynasty, it’s worth pointing out that all anybody has to go on is public information, including the contents of photos and the scoring on other snaps, so this is going to lean very hard on how much on a… literalist your fellow players are going to be about the term “confirmable”. Personally, my level of trust in that matter is low.

I think if you rewrite that to “where that Guess is only based on Authentic Shots and scoring responses to those Shots” it will be more clear.

you could also just patch the window loophole. there are still other advantages to snipe guessing that this explicitly still allows for.

meanwhile this makes it a lot harder for me to do a smash and graph unidle if the opportunity presents itself…

I suppose the “yes you are correct” response to a Guess would itself be public information, so this needs some past tense at a minimum.

[Jonathan] You mention the anti-Guess scam in a later proposal as being that a player can announce their Criteria to make them unguessable. That’s not quite right, though - other players can still Guess them (and cause them to be blanked), they just wouldn’t win an award for doing so.
