Call for Judgment: Are terms we create in the rules Keywords?

It’s not explicit that terms we make up in the ruleset are Keywords, but it very much seems like it, which is why I have doubts. Just interested in getting a confirmation to know for sure.
If this CfJ passes, add to “Keywords”, after “A keyword defined by a rule supersedes the normal English usage of the word”
and terms created and defined in the ruleset are Keywords.
for the sake of confirming a pre-existing phenomenon in the ruleset.

Per Oracular, this addition does read like a tautology.

A call for judgement has to specify a change in the ruleset or gamestate, this one does neither; I think all that has to be changed is the phrasing to something like
