Add to “Church” in “Locations”:-
As a daily action, a Villager in the Church may declare that they are Ready for a Miracle, along their Visible Symptoms, by making a blog post announcing this. Immediately after that, they may remove all Visible Symptoms that they have.
Ready as I can be!
it already seems difficult enough to suss out what does what, and this adds another layer of indirection.
