The current Cow is equal to Green, and arthexis holds possession of the Scroll of Wealth. Therefore, by Rule 2.23 Victory Condition, arthexis is the winner.

Maybe a later dynasty could be about this CfJ, saying that the CfJ traveled in time to the First Metadynasty of Rodlen.
It would have to have a rule 2.23, victory condition, a global variable “Cow” which can be set to “Green”, and a “Scroll of Wealth”.
And it’s not even a DoV, it’s a CfJ ... I think it’s a BLO conspiracy to confuse us.
