The one thing I’m cautious of here is that you might have people sitting and leaving the beat actions unused since they’d be too valuable to spend early on.

While it’s admittedly very on-theme for an rpg, I’d prefer there to be a limit on how many you can stockpile at any one time.

The problem with daily actions is that it brings in timing scams and first/last mover advantages, as well as encouraging grind mechanics.

The work done on comparison of action systems is worth considering here.

I think that stockpiling can be defeated through other mechanics - making moving between locations a free action but Sculpting Flesh Into Life a Beat Action, for example, such that actual progress is gated behind using Beat Actions in a subsidiary way.
